1. Services Provided

Thyrocare facilitates home-based sample collections, pathological diagnostic testing, and delivery of health reports via NABL-accredited laboratory partners. We act as an aggregator connecting patients to diagnostic experts.

2. Payments and Pricing

All test prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior warning. Thyrocare uses secure external payment gateways (such as Paytm) for transactions. We do not store your credit card or bank credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information regarding their health, age, gender, and contact details.
• Users must ensure they are available at the chosen location during the chosen sample collection slot.
• Fasting requirements (if any) mandated for specific tests must be strictly followed. Unreliable test results stemming from failure to fast are the sole responsibility of the patient.

4. Limitation of Liability

Thyrocare is not a substitution for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult your physician regarding the implications of your lab reports.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
