Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Thyrocare, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our diagnostic services. However, if you need to cancel a booking, please review our policy below.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Before Sample Collection: You can cancel your booking completely free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection slot via your Dashboard.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot may attract a nominal cancellation fee of INR 150 to cover logistical deployment.
• After Sample Collection: Once the blood/urine sample has been collected by our phlebotomist, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Cancellation by Thyrocare

We reserve the right to cancel your booking under scenarios such as: non-availability of phlebotomists, technical lab failures, or uncontrollable geographical events (e.g. natural disasters). In such instances, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds for prepaid orders (processed via Paytm or other digital modes) will be credited automatically to the original method of payment. The standard turnaround time for refunds to reflect on your bank statement is 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing cycles.

4. Failed Payments

If money was deducted from your account but the Thyrocare order was not generated, the payment gateway will auto-refund the deducted amount to your original payment method within 48 to 72 hours.
